FOUNDING COUNSELOR, BUSINESS COACH & CONSULTANT, CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH
Supervised by Dr. Ryan Lloyd, Ph.D., LMFT-S, LCDC (License # 201732)

I’m Sara Hall, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and co‑founder of Renewed Relationships Counseling Collective — a space created for families, and humans who want to live with more clarity, connection, and ease.

My path here has been anything but linear. I’ve spent years in corporate consulting, owned a boutique fitness studio, walked through deep personal challenges, and rebuilt from loss. Every chapter taught me something essential: success means nothing without alignment, and healing happens when we stop white‑knuckling our way through life and finally let ourselves be supported. In my therapy work, I specialize in high‑conflict couples, family dynamics, and anxiety — especially the quiet, perfectionistic kind carried by people who appear to be holding it all together.

My clinical approach is deeply relational and grounded in evidence‑based family systems work. I’ve completed advanced, intensive training in Structural Family Therapy under Dr. Charles Fishman in Waiheke Island, New Zealand, and Strategic Family Therapy at the Brief Strategic Therapy Center with Dr. Giorgio Nardone in Arezzo, Italy. I integrate structure, warmth, and practical tools to help clients shift long‑standing patterns, rebuild trust, communicate more clearly, and move toward lives that feel grounded rather than stretched thin. I’m passionate about serving couples, women, moms, biracial and multicultural families, and I’m deeply honored to support the LGBTQIA+ community.

Whoever you are and whatever season you’re in, my hope is that therapy with me feels like an easy place to land — a space where you are fully seen, fully heard, and invited into meaningful change.

If you’re ready for support that’s both compassionate and deeply practical, I’d love to walk alongside you.

FOUNDING COUNSELOR

Shelby Spaulding, LMFT Associate

I’m Shelby Spaulding, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the co‑founder of Renewed Relationships Counseling Collective—a space created for people in every season of life. I’ve always been drawn to work that centers people and connection. Marriage and Family Therapy felt like a natural fit because I value seeing the whole picture: how stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and relationships overlap, and how people can learn to problem‑solve without feeling defined by what they’re going through. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women, pre‑marital couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community as they navigate growth, identity, and meaningful transitions.

My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in collaboration. Therapy with me isn’t a place for judgment or passive agreement—it’s a space where you feel genuinely seen, gently challenged, and supported in moving toward the life you want. Together, we’ll explore the stories and expectations shaping your experience, create distance between you and the problems you’re facing, and identify practical steps that help you feel more capable and in control. I care deeply about moving at your pace and making sure our work feels useful, supportive, and engaging.

I’ve completed Prepare/Enrich certification in 2025, allowing me to offer structured, research‑based support for couples and premarital partners who want to strengthen communication, understand patterns, and build a solid foundation for long‑term connection.

Therapy with me is meant to feel grounding, encouraging, and intentional—a place where you can exhale, slow down, and stop carrying everything alone. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring, yet find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. In our work, you can expect to feel more anchored, more understood, and more empowered to make choices that align with what matters most to you. My role is to help you step out of overwhelm and into clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

If you’re ready for therapy that feels both compassionate and purposeful, I would be honored to be part of your process.

Investment & Fees

I believe therapy is an investment in your well‑being and relationships, and I’m committed to transparency around fees so you can make informed, supportive choices for yourself. Session rates are based on length and the scope of therapeutic work.
